Founding client program — 2 practices

Dental AI receptionist pricing, published

Most practices don’t lose patients to competitors. They lose them to a voicemail at 12:40 on a Tuesday. Before you pay for anything, you get a live number to call yourself — 48 hours after one conversation. Here is what it costs after that, in numbers, without a form in front of them.

What you pay

Before any of this

A live number, 48 hours after we talk

Half an hour on the phone about how your front desk handles a new patient. Two days later you get a number configured to your hours, your appointment types and your emergency script, and you call it yourself. Try to break it — that is a better test than any recording I could put on this site.

No card, no forwarding, nothing paid. The prices below start only if you decide that call went well.

To build and launch
$500

One time. Refundable under the terms below.

First 30 days of service
Free

I cover the telephony and voice costs.

After that
$697/month

Locked for your first 12 months. Month to month after that.

The standard, and what a miss costs me

Every week of the trial you get these three numbers in writing. Not my opinion of how it went — the counts.

  • 95%+ of forwarded calls answered within three rings
  • 100% of callers get their callback number read back to them. A number captured wrong is worse than no number at all.
  • Zero clinical, insurance or billing answers given. Those calls get taken down and routed to a human, every time.

Miss any one of them in any week of the first 30 days and you get the $500 back and the following month free. You do not have to ask for it and I do not get a vote: the trigger is a number in the report I already sent you.

Every recording and transcript stays yours either way. What I am still not promising is an appointment count — that depends on your call volume and your team, not on me. These three are things I control, which is why I will put my fee behind them.

Get a number to call yourself

What’s included

  • 48 hours to a test number you call yourself. 5 business days to live on your real line. Your phone number does not change.
  • Answers every call your front desk can’t get to — after hours, lunch, and when the line is already busy
  • Captures name, callback number, and reason for calling, then books or requests an appointment slot
  • Weekly 15-minute review call for the first month, while we tune it
  • Direct WhatsApp access to me. Not a ticket queue.
  • Every call recorded and transcribed. You own the data.

What it does not do

  • No clinical or medical advice
  • No insurance verification, coverage questions, or billing disputes
  • No complaint handling
  • No prescription or medication questions

Those calls get taken down and routed to a human, with a message in your inbox. Every call opens with the agent identifying itself as an automated assistant.

Why only two practices, and why this price

Because you’re an early client and I want recorded results I can point to. That’s the whole trade. You get founding pricing and my direct number; I get a case study and honest feedback when the agent gets something wrong.

What I’m not doing is racing anyone to the bottom on price. If you find something $50 cheaper, take it — this only makes sense if the support is what you’re buying.

The free month is limited to two practices because the telephony and voice costs during a trial are a real number for me.

Questions about the money

How long does setup take, and what do you need from me?

Two days to a test number you can call yourself, and five business days to go live on your real line — both counted from the same 30-minute kickoff call. From you:

  • 30 minutes on a call to walk through how your front desk actually handles a new patient
  • Your hours, appointment types, and roughly how long each takes
  • Your emergency instructions, in your words
  • Access to forward your line, and a Google account for the calendar

After that I build, you listen to test calls, we adjust, and it goes live.

Can I turn it off?

Instantly, and without asking me. Remove the call forward and every call goes back to your line. There’s no contract term after the first 12-month price lock, and no cancellation fee. Month to month.

Why is this cheaper than the other AI receptionist companies?

Because you’re an early client and I want recorded results I can point to. That’s the whole trade. You get founding pricing and my direct number; I get a case study and honest feedback when the agent gets something wrong.

What I’m not doing is racing anyone to the bottom on price. If you find something $50 cheaper, take it — this only makes sense if the support is what you’re buying.

What's the catch on the free first month?

I’m covering the telephony and voice costs during the trial, which is a real number for me and the reason this is limited to two practices. If it works, you stay. If it doesn’t, you’re out $0 and I’ve learned something. The $500 covers the build, and it’s refundable under the terms above.

Every other question

Get a number to call yourself

Half an hour on the phone: I ask how your front desk handles a new patient today, and 48 hours later you get a live number running your hours and your emergency script. You call it yourself. If it is not a fit for your practice, I’ll tell you plainly on that first call.
