The agent writes into a Google Calendar your front desk can see, and sends every booking as a notification with the full transcript. Your team confirms it into your practice management software the same way you’d handle a booking taken on paper after hours.
If you’d rather not have anything land on a calendar automatically, we run in request mode: the agent collects everything and proposes a time, and nothing is booked until a human approves it. Most practices start here.
If your PMS exposes an API your practice already pays for, we can look at a direct write. That’s a separate conversation, not part of this program.
